Description : About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Lead Java Developer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot to lead design and development efforts for large-scale, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and experience mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver scalable solutions.
Review code, ensure quality standards, and guide junior developers.
Drive best practices in software development, architecture, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot production issues and propose effective solutions.

Required Skills :

Strong proficiency in Core Java (8 or above).

Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.

Good understanding of SQL / NoSQL databases.

Experience with CI / CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP preferred).

Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
