Human Resources (HR) Internship in Gurgaon

As a human resources (HR) intern at GroMo, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills in English proficiency, both spoken and written, while also gaining hands-on experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting initial candidate screenings.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Assist with organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to improve overall employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports and updating HR databases.
• Contribute to the overall success of the HR department by taking on additional tasks and projects as needed.
