Position : Job Description for Business Development Manager (Punjab)
Base Location : Ludhiana
Territory : Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Nawanshahr, Phagwara, Banga, Pathankot, and surrounding areas.
Role :
- Business development for increasing referrals of hearing loss patients for diagnostics as well as for hearing aids
- Increase Hearing Aids sales and Cochlear Implants in the region
- Oversee clinic performance and retail chain expansion in your territory
Responsibilities :
Responsible for doctor marketing and business development activities in your territoryResponsible for clinic operations and service delivery at the clinics in your territorySeek and explore ENT tie-ups, hospital tie-ups and outsourcings with doctorsActively conduct camps and outreach programmes in the areaConduct CMEs to educate referring doctors and increasing company’s brand recall as a premium player in the sector.Previous Experience :
Relevant business development role with experience in diagnostic labs, medical devices or hospital or derma / IVF clinicsPrevious experience in meeting ENTs, Neuros, Paediatric doctorsExperience in interacting with patientsExisting contacts with ENTs would be a bonusMust have :
Minimum experience of 4+ years in healthcare sector2-wheelerMinimum graduate level degreeShould be comfortable in Hindi, Punjabi & EnglishPackage :
Range of 4.2 lacs to 5.8 lacs depending on relevant experience and seniorityRole will have a fixed salary as well as performance-based incentivesAbout the Company :
