    DUTIES FUNCTION WISE

    Institutional Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

    Equity Sales Execution & Deal Origination

    Corporate Access & Thought Leadership

    Research Coverage & Framework Development

    Client-Aligned Research Engagement

    Team Development, Media Visibility & Governance

    Technical / Professional Skills

    Equity research, sectoral modeling, and valuation

    Sales strategy and institutional relationship management

    Proficiency in Bloomberg, Reuters, CapitalIQ, and Excel-based research tools

    Commercial Skills

    Ability to drive research monetization via sales conversions

    Strategic thinking around deal structuring, pricing, and coverage planning

    P&L management, revenue forecasting, and team-wise productivity oversight

    Personal Skills

    Entrepreneurial drive with high energy and credibility

    Strong market sense and tactical execution skills

    Time-sensitive decision-making and multi-stakeholder coordination

    Social Skills

    Industry relationship building – buy side, sell side, and media

    Client-first orientation with strong presentation and communication skills

    Leadership of cross-functional teams (research + sales)

    Grow institutional client base by 20%; achieve annual brokerage and advisory revenue target

    Minimum 2 corporate events / month; drive CXO-level investor connects

    Maintain 100% coverage universe with weekly / monthly sector reports

    Deliver custom notes / decks to top 20% clients; capture feedback loop

    Implement KPI system; 100% performance review adherence; structured training plan

    Minimum 6 publications / year in media or institutional outlets

    Zero regulatory breaches; 100% compliance documentation and internal audit clearance
