Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co Analyst to join our Institutional Equities Research team, focusing on the Auto Ancillaries sector . The role involves deep sectoral research, financial modelling, interaction with industry stakeholders, and supporting investment ideas for institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Track and maintain detailed coverage of companies in the auto ancillary space
- Build and update financial models, forecasts, and valuation metrics
- Analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, and key performance indicators
- Prepare high-quality research reports including company updates, sector notes, thematic deep-dives, and event-based commentary
- Support lead analyst in preparing client presentations and investment theses
- Coordinate with corporates for management interactions and plant visits
- Assist in maintaining research databases and ensuring timely updates
- Engage with sales and clients for query resolution and data requests
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Engineering; MBA / CFA / CA preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in equity research, consulting, investment banking, or a related analytical role (freshers with relevant internships may also be considered)Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologiesInterest in the auto and manufacturing ecosystem – value chain, technology shifts, and global benchmarksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg / Reuters an advantageAbility to work independently in a high-performance, deadline-driven environmentWhy Join Us :
