Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- Agile Coach
The agile coach will be responsible for mentoring and training teams in agile practices, facilitating agile ceremonies, and driving the transformation towards an agile mindset across the organization. The coach will collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Mentoring and training : Provide guidance and support to teams on agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitation : Lead agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Ensure effective communication and collaboration within teams.
- Transformation strategy : Develop and implement strategies to transition teams and departments to agile practices. Work with leadership to align agile initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Continuous improvement : Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions. Promote the use of metrics to track progress and drive improvements.
- Stakeholder engagement : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure agile practices are effectively integrated into project delivery.
- Coaching : Provide one-on-one coaching to team members and leaders to develop their agile skills and mindset. Support teams in overcoming challenges related to agile adoption.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Experience in agile coaching or related roles. Proven track record of successful agile transformations.Certifications : Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or equivalent certifications preferred.Skills : Strong understanding of agile methodologies, excellent facilitation and communication skills, ability to influence and drive change.
