Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Director (Co - Founder), located in Serampore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing customer service, developing business strategies, and leading the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, setting sales targets, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations
• Experience in Customer Service and Business Development
• Strong Team Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field ( Not mandatory )
• Experience in the technology or related industry is a plus

Remuneration - Initially based on equity or qualified sales.
