Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Technical Writer!

In this role you will typically work in office environments collaborating with various teams to gather information. They usually work standard business hours but may need to meet tight deadlines depending on project requirements

Responsibilities

Develop user manuals and guides : Create comprehensive user manuals installation guides and troubleshooting documents for various products.

Collaborate with subject matter experts : Work closely with engineers developers and product managers to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.

Simplify complex information : Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical audiences.

Maintain documentation standards : Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and is consistent in style and format.

Update and revise content : Regularly update existing documentation to reflect changes in products or services.

Experience in GenAI project (optional to have it)

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in English communications or a related field.

Relevant years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Proficiency in documentation tools like Adobe FrameMaker or Microsoft Word.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Experience in writing technical documentation.

Ability to research and understand technical concepts.
