Role Department : Institutional Sales Manager CEO Office
Reports To : Deputy General Manager & equivalent
Purpose of the role :
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Institutional Sales Manager to drive the adoption of our robotics products (Quadrupeds, cobots, AGVs, AMRs, exoskeletons, etc.) in engineering colleges and high-end schools across India.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in institutional sales, a deep understanding of educational ecosystems, and the ability to articulate the value of cutting-edge robotics solutions to enhance laboratory infrastructure and learning outcomes.
Technical Skills Required :
Deep understanding of the Indian education system and institutional purchasing processes.Passion for robotics, automation, and technology-driven education.Willingness to travel extensively across India.Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.Relationship-building and consultative selling expertise.Behavioral Skills Required :

Sales and Business Development :
Identify, engage, and build relationships with decision-makers in engineering institutions, high-end schools, and other academic entities.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations to faculty, management, and procurement teams.Market Research and Strategy :
Analyse the educational robotics market and identify opportunities for growth.Stay updated on trends and needs within the robotics and automation training domain.Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored campaigns and materials for the education sector.Customer Engagement and Support :
Partner with institutions to design customized robotics laboratory solutions.Provide post-sales support, ensuring seamless implementation and satisfaction.Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams for product queries and training.Reporting and Analysis :
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for leadership.Gather feedback to refine products and services based on institutional needs.Minimum Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.An MBA is preferred.Years of experience :
