We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the human resources function of our educational institution. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, statutory compliance, and implementing HR policies that foster a productive, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Details are as follows :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching, non-teaching, and administrative positions.
Develop job descriptions and coordinate interviews, selections, and appointment formalities.
Ensure timely manpower planning based on academic calendars and operational needs.
Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee grievances, feedback, and engagement initiatives.
Organize staff welfare programs, training sessions, and faculty development programs.
Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, appraisals, and relieving letters.
Oversee monthly payroll processing, leave records, and attendance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory regulations.
Maintain updated HR records and employee files as per institutional policies.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, standard operating procedures, and code of conduct.
Handle disciplinary actions, performance management systems, and annual appraisals.
Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Coordinate with department heads and the management on HR planning and reporting.
Prepare periodic HR MIS reports on staffing, attrition, appraisals, and training.
