Job description

Role : System Administrator

Job Description :

Responsible for the installation, implementation, performance, testing, and integrity of a large IBM Sysplex CICS / TS system.
Candidate must have skills to troubleshoot IT issues independently.
Windows server, setup, installation, role configuration, and troubleshooting.
Platforms include Azure, other Microsoft products (WebAPI, .NET, SQL Server), JavaScript, Oracle, etc.
Ability to reimage a PC and experience working with users by remote access tools.
Install and configure software and hardware.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying the completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.

Skills Required :

Good Communication skills A professional manner.

Should have sound and proven skills / experience in Desktop / Laptop Management.

Candidate should be well aware of all the basics and should have handled ERP system also.

Educational Qualification : Graduate / Diploma in Hardware and Networking

Skills / Knowledge Required : Should Have Knowledge Of Hardware Trouble Shooting In Desktop and Laptop, Parts Replacement.

Preferred candidate profile :

Knowledge of latest technologies

Good Spoken and Verbal communication skills

Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs

Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

Customer-oriented attitude

IT Procurement

Graduate in Computer Science or relevant field

MCP preferred
