About the Role :

RED.Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic Zonal Director to lead the growth and expansion of its Hospital Emergency Response and Medical Transport (HERMT) business in the zones of Ahmedabad and Patna, along with other key markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, operations, and business development within the assigned territory, ensuring the successful execution of RED.Health's mission to deliver world-class emergency care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive zonal business growth through strategic partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and government stakeholders.
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of sales, marketing, and operational activities in the assigned territory.
• Build and manage a high-performing cross-functional team to meet performance and service quality goals.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with hospital management, administrators, and medical directors.
• Ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across all HERMT services.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and RED.Health's internal quality standards.

Key Requirements :

Education : MBA in Healthcare or Hospital Management from a reputed institute.

Experience : 8-12 years of post-MBA experience, preferably in large hospitals or healthcare chains.

Preferred Background : Demonstrated success in managing multi-city healthcare operations and scaling business units.
