Job description

Team Leadership & Supervision : Supervise and guide pre-sales / inside sales team leads and executives to consistently meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Process Monitoring : Monitor lead qualification and scheduling processes closely, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximizing conversion rates.

Performance Coaching : Provide hands-on, on-ground coaching and constructive feedback to continuously improve individual and team performance.

Strategy Implementation : Collaborate directly with the Associate Director to implement strategic initiatives and drive process improvements across the inside sales function.

Reporting & Insights : Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insightful analysis on key - trends to senior leadership, informing strategic decisions.

Experience : 5+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a team management role.

Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with CRM tools and a deep understanding of lead management workflows.

Management Skills : Strong people management and operations ability, with a proven track record of driving results.

Interpersonal Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively motivate, guide, and manage diverse sales teams.
