Cluster Head

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cluster Head – MSME Working Capital to lead and manage MSME lending operations within the assigned cluster. The role involves overseeing a team, developing business in working capital loans, and ensuring portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of Relationship Managers / Branch Managers across multiple locations.
• Drive MSME working capital loan business (CC / OD limits, term loans, etc.).
• Achieve assigned disbursement and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with MSME clients and local business communities.
• Ensure proper credit assessment, documentation, and timely processing of proposals.
• Monitor loan portfolio and maintain healthy asset quality.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth processing.
• Provide regular training, motivation, and support to the team.
