Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, pitching our real estate services to clients, and converting potential clients into actual customers. Day-to-day tasks involve managing client relationships, understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining an updated knowledge of the real estate market. Additionally, the role includes preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and actively participating in sales strategies meetings to boost the company's revenue.

EXPERIENCE :

• 6 month's to 2 yrs Experience in Real Estate Sales field
• And If Freshers then Only MBA Freshers can Apply but Marketing / Sales qualifications mandatory

Qualifications

Knowledge of Real Estate, Property Leasing, and Property Management MBA or Any other Bachelors Degree Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, and Sales Presentation skills Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills Market Research and Analytical skills Sales Strategy Development and Target Achievement skills Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team
