We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive with proven experience in the hospitality or travel industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to assess customer needs and identify potential business opportunities.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of company offerings to effectively communicate value to prospective clients.
- Actively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels including social media.
- Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products and services.
- Regularly track and report sales activities, targets, and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Negotiate and close deals while addressing client concerns and objections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams for product / service improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven track record in a sales role within the hospitality or travel sector .Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).Sound knowledge of MS Office tools; CRM experience is an advantage.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Quick learner with a passion for sales and client engagement.Goal-oriented and driven by performance metrics.Bachelor’s degree with effective communication and client-handling capabilities.Key Skills :
