Business Head (Senior Manager) - Food Delivery Business Senior Manager

Experience : Must have prior experience in managing / building category / business in D2C food sector

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the P&L of Delivery Business : This contributes to 45% of Chaayos revenue and hence one of the most important function.
• Business & Marketing Planning : Own monthly business planning (MoM) including demand forecasting, marketing calendars, discounting strategy and BAU performance management.
• Strategic Growth Initiatives : Ideate, test and execute long-term revenue levers and growth opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• New Market Expansion : Identify and evaluate potential locations for delivery-only setups, create feasibility reports and drive execution.
• Tech & Product Liaison : Collaborate with tech teams to improve delivery flows, resolve bugs, and identify automation and feature enhancement opportunities.
• Finance & Budget Management : Own cost structures, drive profitability, and collaborate with finance on budgeting, reconciliations and P&L tracking.
• Operations & Performance Metrics : Drive high standards in delivery metrics - Turnaround Time (TAT), On-Time Rating Score (ORS), Customer Ratings, Delays - and execute root-cause fixes.
• Partner Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and growth.
