To accelerate our growth, we’re hiring for a blended sales and partnerships role—ideal for individuals who want to work in either student enrolments (B2C) or corporate hiring partnerships (B2B) . The specific track will be decided post-interview based on your strengths and interest.
What You’ll Do :
Depending on fit, your responsibilities may include :
B2C – Student Enrolments
- Handle the full admissions cycle : lead follow-up, counselling, objection handling, and conversions
- Conduct personalized career guidance sessions for prospective students
- Achieve monthly / quarterly enrolment targets through calls, walk-ins, and online leads
- Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to improve conversion efficiency
- Represent KodNest in seminars, career fairs, and info sessions
B2B – Hiring Partner Network
Identify, approach, and onboard IT companies to join KodNest’s hiring networkBuild and maintain strong corporate relationships across hiring partnersCoordinate campus and in-house placement drives to ensure smooth executionMaintain regular reporting on drive outcomes, client feedback, and student placement successSkills Required :
Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong interpersonal and persuasion skillsAbility to handle objections and build long-term relationshipsConfidence to drive conversations with students or corporate clientsGood presentation and documentation skillsSelf-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environmentsFamiliarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is a plusQualifications :
