Job Title : Growth Partner – Associates

Location : BTM Layout, Bangalore (On-site)

Experience : 0–3 Years

Reports To : Co-Founder

Compensation : 3-5 LPA

To accelerate our growth, we’re hiring for a blended sales and partnerships role—ideal for individuals who want to work in either student enrolments (B2C) or corporate hiring partnerships (B2B) . The specific track will be decided post-interview based on your strengths and interest.

What You’ll Do :

Depending on fit, your responsibilities may include :

B2C – Student Enrolments

  • Handle the full admissions cycle : lead follow-up, counselling, objection handling, and conversions
  • Conduct personalized career guidance sessions for prospective students
  • Achieve monthly / quarterly enrolment targets through calls, walk-ins, and online leads
  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to improve conversion efficiency
  • Represent KodNest in seminars, career fairs, and info sessions

B2B – Hiring Partner Network

  • Identify, approach, and onboard IT companies to join KodNest’s hiring network
  • Build and maintain strong corporate relationships across hiring partners
  • Coordinate campus and in-house placement drives to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain regular reporting on drive outcomes, client feedback, and student placement success
  • Skills Required :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle objections and build long-term relationships
  • Confidence to drive conversations with students or corporate clients
  • Good presentation and documentation skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus
  • Qualifications :

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, counselling, or client management
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
