We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Growth Manager to lead end-to-end marketing efforts with a strong focus on offline marketing, brand building, and performance-driven growth . You will work closely with leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Lead the marketing and content teams, aligning efforts across digital and offline channels to maximize ROI.
- Brand Strategy : Develop and execute brand positioning initiatives to improve brand recognition and consistency.
- Offline Campaigns : Plan and manage offline marketing efforts including trade shows, events, print, direct mail, and experiential activations.
- SEO Strategy : Build and execute an SEO roadmap through keyword and competitor research; collaborate with internal / external partners to implement.
- SEM & PPC Management : Oversee and optimize paid campaigns across platforms to drive scalable user acquisition.
- Product-Led Growth : Collaborate with product teams to develop features and flows that enable self-driven acquisition and retention.
- Growth Experiments : Explore and test new channels such as affiliate marketing, loyalty programs, strategic partnerships, etc.
- Conversion Optimization : Work with product / design to improve website / app conversion rates and user journeys.
- Retention & CRM : Build and manage CRM strategies, marketing automation, and ad-hoc engagement campaigns to improve customer LTV.
- Customer Communication : Create effective communication strategies to ensure smooth customer interactions and satisfaction.
- Target & Performance Management : Align the team on growth targets; track KPIs and continuously push for goal achievement.
- Reporting & Insights : Collect customer feedback and marketing analytics to present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Experience : 2+ years in marketing, with a strong focus on offline marketing, branding, and campaign execution.Industry Background : Prior experience in interior design, construction, or furniture sectors is a strong advantage.Communication : Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate with internal teams and customers effectively.Startup Readiness : Thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced startup environment; willing to work 50–60 hours a week, 6 days a week.Hands-On Attitude : Willing to roll up your sleeves and get work done—this is not a passive strategy-only role.Growth Mindset : You're curious, love experimenting, and constantly strive to improve processes, channels, and outcomes.Execution-Driven : Strong bias for action and the ability to independently solve ambiguous challenges.Preferred Skills
