Role Overview :
As a Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving performance across paid campaigns, influencer marketing, and social media. You’ll directly own growth metrics like traffic, engagement, and conversions across our website and key digital channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and search to drive high-intent traffic and conversions
- Build and lead our influencer marketing engine — from scouting and partnerships to tracking ROI and performance
- Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy — grow followers and engagement across Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp
- Optimize full-funnel user journeys from awareness to conversion using both paid and organic strategies
- Collaborate with the telecalling team to align on lead generation, customer feedback, and follow-up cycles
- Coordinate with the operations team for timely execution of campaign-linked deliverables
Who You Are :
3–6 years of marketing experience in Indian D2C brands (agency or in-house)Proven track record of managing social pages, running influencer campaigns, and generating measurable trafficProficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO basics, and marketing KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CACA mix of creative instinct and data-driven thinking — you can tell a story and track its performanceThrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a bias for ownership and resultsWhy Join Us?
