About the Role :

Boston Institute of Analytics is seeking an experienced and persuasive Academic Counsellor to drive admissions for its flagship CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) training program. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming leads, responsible for counseling students via phone, video calls, and face-to-face meetings , while converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments through a structured sales process.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Calling & Qualification

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing, partnerships, and walk-ins.
• Understand the student’s background, goals, and eligibility for the CFA course.
• Qualify and prioritize leads based on interest, urgency, and readiness to enroll.

Follow-ups & CRM Management

Video Counseling & Campus Walk-ins

End-to-End Sales Closure
