• Candidates will be involved in counseling parents / IELTS aspirants about the courses.
• Making multiple cold calls to potential clients and closing the sales.
• Should be able to convert the leads into sales.
• Candidates should be comfortable working collaboratively with the management to understand the sales goals, future planning, and business development plans.
• Should be able to maintain a strong sales pipeline for the future.
• Responsible for counseling the clients, their enquiries, and selling immigration products & services, over the phone, through email & in person.
• Counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information. Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws & policies, pertaining to their profile and the chances of immigration.
• Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidates profile.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific targets assigned, regular follow-up on inquiries, follow up new leads, and referrals resulting from day-to-day activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
• Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries.
• Sales consultants are responsible for maintaining communication with clients through phone & email.
• Ensure MIS reports submitted as per TAT.
• Customer satisfaction through assessing student feedback.
