The Job
Key Responsibilities :
Telephonic Counseling :Reach out to prospective students via phone to provide information about online and distance education programs offered by various universities.Counsel students on course offerings, eligibility criteria, career outcomes, and admission processes.Address queries regarding program details, fee structures, accreditation, and university affiliations.Lead Conversion :Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.Convert inquiries into admissions by understanding the needs of the students and offering the right program fit.Admission Process Management :Guide students through the entire admission process, including registration, documentation, and fee payment.Ensure timely submission of all necessary documents and payments for enrollment completion.Record Maintenance :Maintain accurate and detailed records of all student interactions, inquiries, and conversions in the CRM system.Provide daily / weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions to the management team.Student Support :Offer support to students post-enrollment for queries related to course access, student portal, and academic resources.Liaise with university representatives for updates on programs and processes.The Profile
