Job description
JOB DETAILS
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and outside agencies.
Ensure high-quality evaluation of case details.
Process and coordinate academic and visa applications.
Advise clients and prospective clients with regard to application processing and service delivery.
Coordinate with clients, staff and outside agencies to resolve moderately complex issues.
Participate in planning and implementing client orientation activities.
Oversee the maintenance of client databases.
