Hiring : Fashion Designer (Mens & Womenswear) – Oh Krab! / Exciting Fashions & Emb Pvt Ltd

📍 Location : Manesar (On-site, full-time)

We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who can work across both menswear and womenswear , and who understands product development (PD) end-to-end.

This role is for Oh Krab! (our fashion brand) and you will be officially hired by Exciting Fashions & Emb Pvt Ltd – Manufacturers of Schiffli Embroidery . You’ll be working closely with our Head Designer and embroidery production teams, so you need to be as comfortable with design boards as you are with explaining artwork to the sampling team.

What you’ll do :

• Assist the Head Designer in bringing collections to life – from concept to final product.
• Design for both menswear and womenswear , with a strong focus on embroidered products .
• Work on product development : tech packs, sampling follow-ups, fit trials, and production handovers.
• Coordinate with the embroidery design team to translate designs correctly into production.
• Research trends, fabrics, and techniques that fit the Oh Krab! aesthetic and brand DNA.
• Ensure timely execution of styles and be proactive in getting work done on schedule.
