Job descriptionDesign and integrate radio frequency (RF) components, GSM / GPS modules, and other wireless communication technologies. Experience with automotive industry functional safety and regulations (e.G., ISO 26262, AEC-Q100). Knowledge of basic software development for embedded systems (e.G., C, C++, python). Familiar with quality management system process and documentation according to IATF, CMMI, ISO etc. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for successful CFT and stakeholder discussions. Hands on with project management & tools e.G. Jira, Code beamer etc Experience in Telematics control unit, Motor controller unit, Body control module, driver assist applications. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with a cross-functional team. Sense of ownership and urgency when working in the company. Strong sense of ethics B. E. / B. Tech / M. E . / M. Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunications Sr Engineer – 4+ Years

We at Accolade Electronics are on the look-out for Sr Engineer to join our Hardware team.
Must have
- Design and develop electronic hardware for automotive applications, ensuring EMI-EMC compliance with electrical and environmental test industry standards.
- Hands-on experience with design tools (e.G., Altium, Cadence) and simulation tools (e.G., LT-SPICE, P-SPICE MATLAB) to create and optimize electronic circuits and systems.
- Strong knowledge of discrete component calculations and finding appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in communication protocols (e.G., CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI, Ethernet etc).
- Strong knowledge of DFMEA, RCA methods, microcontroller peripherals, analog circuits and digital circuits.
- Generate & review RFQs and BOMs for new projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to discuss design specifications, project requirements, and technical challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
