Job Description :

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows / Linux servers and related software.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user access controls.
• Apply OS patches, security updates, and manage system backups and recovery processes.
• Administer virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Monitor server health and performance metrics using appropriate tools.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Implement and maintain security best practices (antivirus, firewalls, patch management).
• Provide technical support to internal users and act as an escalation point for helpdesk tickets.
• Maintain system documentation, change logs, and inventory records.
