Position Summary :

We're hiring a Data engineering Practice Leader to drive our data and AI initiatives. This senior role demands over 20 years of deep data engineering expertise and a clear focus on revenue recognition and profitability management. You'll need proven skills in partnership development and direct accountability for practice build and delivery.

You'll shape our practice strategy, expand our offerings, and ensure successful delivery of complex data and AI solutions. This role involves leading a high-performing team, fostering client and partner relationships, and owning the practice's solutioning team, RFP responses and financial performance and growth.

Responsibilities :

• Strategic Growth & P&L : Define and execute the Data & AI practice strategy, identifying new market opportunities and expanding capabilities. Lead business development, including pre-sales and solutioning. Manage practice P&L, focusing on revenue recognition and profitability.
• Deep Data & AI Expertise : Provide expert guidance in data engineering (architecture, warehousing, ETL / ELT, data lakes, pipelines, governance). Stay current with AI / ML, big data, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure data solutions.
• Innovation & Emerging Tech : Actively explore and champion cutting-edge data and AI, especially Agentic AI-based automation. Drive R&D to integrate new technologies and foster an innovation culture.
• Partnership Development : Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with vendors and industry groups. Collaborate on joint solutions and go-to-market strategies. Represent the company at industry events.
• Delivery Excellence : Accountable for the successful delivery of all Data & AI projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality execution. Implement robust project management and continuously improve delivery processes.
• Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists. Foster a culture of learning and collaboration, implementing effective performance management.
