The Role :

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Medical Doctor to lead clinical operations at our Calicut center. You will interpret diagnostics, oversee treatment protocols, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable, safe, and effective health optimization strategies. This role is ideal for doctors who believe in preventive care, value innovation, and are excited to represent a new kind of healthcare brand. In addition to clinical oversight, the doctor will work closely with the internal technology team to ensure that all digital tools, algorithms, and health insights are clinically accurate and medically safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations—both in-person and virtual
• Design and approve personalized wellness and IV therapy plans
• Interpret results from blood tests, gut microbiome, epigenetic panels, and wearables
• Supervise clinical activities, guide nursing staff, and maintain compliance
• Provide medical inputs, clinical validation, and real-world case scenarios to Lyxaa’s AI and software development teams working on internal tools, analytics, and personalization engines.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, documentation, and regulatory adherence
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create educational content during non-clinical hours
• Be confident facing the camera and act as a brand face of Lyxaa in digital and community outreach
• Stay updated on innovations in longevity, healthy ageing, and preventive care
• Build relationships with industry experts and participate in events and wellness discussions
