Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is commission-based, offering a lucrative opportunity for individuals with a proven track record in business development and client acquisition. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Tasks

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement : Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential clients to understand their needs and present our solutions effectively.
  • Sales Pitch : Deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches to showcase our products / services, highlighting the unique value proposition to potential clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing : Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business partnerships.
  • Client Onboarding : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience : A minimum of 2-3 years of successful experience in business development, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the industry and market trends to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Self-Motivated : A self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Negotiation Skills : Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Results-Driven : A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability : Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
