About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in the IT services industry to drive new business growth. This is a critical "hunter" role focused on identifying, pursuing, and closing large-scale enterprise deals. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with exceptional solution selling capabilities, a deep understanding of the IT services landscape, and an aggressive, outcome-driven approach to sales. You will be instrumental in expanding our client base and contributing significantly to our revenue goals.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Sales Cycle Ownership : Take complete ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and final contract closure. This includes developing and executing strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and verticals.
- Net New Logo Acquisition : Aggressively identify, target, and acquire net new enterprise clients ("new logos") within designated target verticals. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline that consistently meets and exceeds quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Strategic Client Engagement : Initiate and lead high-level, CXO-level conversations with key decision-makers within target organizations. Understand their strategic business needs, pain points, and objectives to position our IT services as impactful, value-driven solutions.
- Solution Selling & Proposal Development : Work collaboratively with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to conceptualize, design, and articulate high-impact IT solutions that address client challenges. Lead the development of compelling, value-led proposals and presentations that clearly demonstrate ROI.
- Relationship Building : Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- Market Intelligence : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client specific developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting : Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on pipeline status, sales performance, and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Have) :
Experience : Minimum of 10+ years of progressive sales experience specifically within the IT services industry, with a strong emphasis on new business development and client acquisition.Deal Closure : A proven and demonstrable ability to successfully close large-cap, multi-million-dollar deals with enterprise clients.Consultative Selling : Exceptional consultative selling skills, with the ability to deeply understand client business challenges, articulate complex solutions clearly, and demonstrate tangible business value.Outcome-Driven Mindset : An aggressive, results-oriented, and outcome-driven mindset, consistently motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.Communication & Presentation : Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the IT services landscape, including areas such as Digital Transformation, Cloud Services, Application Development & Modernization, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services.Pipeline Management : Demonstrated expertise in building, managing, and accelerating a healthy sales pipeline.Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization, collaborating seamlessly with internal pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery teams.Why Join Us?
