Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer located in Ahmedabad.

The designer will have to work on designs for both men's and women's wear , create khakhas (design sketches) , develop new ideas, choose fabrics, and help turn concepts into final pieces. The role involves collaborating with our in-house team, understanding trends, and maintaining the quality and creativity that define Roots.

This is a full-time on-site position .

• Fashion Design and Fashion skills
• Good understanding of men's and women's wear
• Ability to create khakhas / technical sketches
• Proficiency in Embroidery techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Strong creativity and artistic skills
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Illustrator or Procreate
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
