About your new role

Position : Study Abroad Counsellor

Experience Required : Minimum 6 months in overseas education counselling

Location : Gurugram, India

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study opportunities in overseas countries, including course selection, university options, admission processes, and visa guidance.
• Provide end-to-end admission assistance with a strong focus on public universities / institutes.
• Guide students on admission requirements, application documentation, and scholarship opportunities. Maintain updated knowledge of admission criteria, processes, and deadlines for institutions.
• Handle student queries via calls, emails, and counselling sessions (virtual / in-person).
• Track and follow up with student applications to ensure timely submission and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student experience from counselling to admission.
