What You’ll Do

• Ensure optimal inventory levels across multiple warehouses / locations so products never go out of stock.
• Act as the forecaster of inventory, projecting requirements for upcoming periods to align with sales targets and seasonal demand.
• Lead inventory planning by creating replenishment schedules and monitoring order cycles.
• Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs); manage inventory flows and goods in transit.
• Monitor, report, and minimise ageing inventory; proactively move slow stock.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel / Google Sheets dashboards for real-time stock positions, movement analytics, and replenishment alerts.
• Collaborate with sales teams to integrate forecasting into the overall demand plan, ensuring readiness for peak and promotional periods.
• Partner with warehouse staff, vendors, and logistics to resolve bottlenecks and secure on-time product availability.
• Leverage data insights to improve stock turns and optimise working capital.
• Apply e-commerce inventory management techniques for online product listings, availability, and fulfilment accuracy.
