Job description

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for a stealth-mode product
Own keyword research, clustering, and mapping to key user journeys and content
Optimize blogs, product pages, and landing pages for SERPs
Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices in content creation

Performance Monitoring

Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools

Track and report key metrics including CTR, bounce rate, rankings, and traffic sources

Identify and act on opportunities for technical improvements and content gaps

Link Building & Outreach

Execute link-building strategies and guest post outreach to acquire high-quality backlinks

Maintain relationships with publishers and SEO partners

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with web development, content marketing, and product marketing teams

Stay updated with search algorithm changes and industry trends

Recommend improvements to SEO workflows and knowledge sharing across teams

Ideal Candidate

2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO or SEM, ideally at a high-growth startup

Proven success in scaling SEO for B2B SaaS or consumer internet businesses

Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset

Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush

Comfortable working with Wordpress and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Strong project management and time ownership skills

Fast learner with the ability to adapt and execute quickly

Preferred Background

Engineering or technical background

Experience in international SEO or multi-language site optimization

Exposure to CRO, schema markup, and SEO A / B testing
