Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Thane. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, delivering sales pitches, and providing product information to clients. The role includes maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Telesales Specialist will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and participate in product training sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
• Experience in training and coaching new personnel
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
