We are seeking a Telesales Executive for our Andheri location. This is a full-time, fresher-level position, requiring candidates with no prior work experience. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable educational consultancy solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in CRM Software to efficiently manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Understanding of telecommunication systems to be able to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Basic data entry skills to accurately record customer information and sales processes into our database.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques to identify and initiate contact with potential customers effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer queries and concerns, providing effective resolutions promptly.
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple customer interactions and sales processes within deadlines.
- Active Listening (Mandatory skill) to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill) to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic interactions with potential customers to introduce our services and identify their needs.Use CRM Software to document and track customer interactions and sales progress efficiently.Implement lead generation techniques to expand customer base and achieve sales targets.Provide detailed information about our services, answering queries to convert leads into customers.Regularly update and maintain accurate records of customer details and interaction history.Collaborate with team members to refine and enhance sales techniques and strategies.Address customer concerns or objections effectively, providing solutions or escalating as needed.Follow up on leads and closures to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
