We're building a voice-first, multilingual AI assistant that works across calls, WhatsApp, web, and email, with deep integrations into CRM, LMS, and booking systems. Alongside, we're developing an agentic AI-powered CRM and Lead Management System to streamline sales, support, and engagement across industries like hospitality, Real Estate, BFSI, healthcare.
As our Founding Full Stack Engineer, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end architecture and development of this platform from building APIs and dashboards to integrating voice, AI, and messaging systems. Youll work closely with the founder and AI engineer to bring this vision to life.
Location : Gurgaon, Work from Office.
Role & responsibilities :
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js + Express or Python + FastAPI
- Design frontend systems (chat widget + admin dashboards+websites) using React, Tailwind, NextJs
- Design & Build AI CRM with features like lead management, agent assignment, status tagging, history tracking, and analytics
- Build lead management workflows : submission, scoring, tagging, follow-ups via Integrate telephony or IVR platforms like Twilio, Exotel, or Ozontel for calls and voicebots.
- Create the technical architecture of the system.
- Design and develop database schema as per the requirement
- Integrate WhatsApp APIs (Gupshup or Twilio) and handle conversational workflows
- Collaborate with AI engineer to implement - GPT-4 / Gemini-based conversation flows, Post-call analysis (Whisper / Gemini STT),
- Multilingual memory and tone detection logic.
- Design robust MongoDB / PostgreSQL schemas and APIs
- Deploy and manage infrastructure via AWS / GCP / Azure with CI / CD, Docker and observability
- Ensure high uptime, secure data handling, and fast responses across all channels
Must have Skills :
3- 6 years of full-stack development experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced teamsStrong proficiency with Node.js / Express, React, MongoDB, REST APIs, and webhooksMust be strong in backendExperience building admin tools, internal CRMs, or customer-facing dashboardsDeep understanding of database design, system design, caching, and async workflowsHands-on with modern frontend (Tailwind, NExtJS, React etc)Strong Experience with GitHub workflows, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud deployments onAWS / GCP / Azure
