Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that attract potential buyers.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide detailed reports on sales performance and market insights.
- Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective buyers.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Deep understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market and customer preferences.Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.Hospitality and Airline professionals with the right attitude and zeal to learn and grow in the luxury real estate space are also welcome to apply.
