Were expanding our on-ground sales team and looking for energetic, self-driven professionals who are ready to hustle, pitch, and close high-value real estate deals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet and engage prospective clients through calls, site visits, and walk-ins .
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Coordinate property visits and guide clients through project features, pricing, and benefits.
- Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions .
- Maintain a strong relationship with builders and developer teams.
- Negotiate offers, support documentation, and assist in closure of deals.
- Actively promote Raheja's listings through field marketing and local networking.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with drive and good communication can apply).Must own a two-wheeler (ability to drive a four-wheeler is a plus).Willingness to travel across Bangalore for client meetings and site visits.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.High energy, target-driven, and client-focused.Perks & Compensation :
