Role Summary :
We are seeking a Sales Manager - Luxury Residential to lead our high-end residential property sales vertical in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru. This role demands a high-performing sales professional with deep experience in luxury real estate, excellent client management skills, and a strong understanding of upmarket buyer expectations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for revenue generation, client satisfaction, and strategic leadership within the luxury segment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target HNI and UHNI clientele for luxury residential offerings.
- Build and manage a team of luxury sales executives; monitor performance and provide mentorship.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with luxury real estate trends, pricing, and competition.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with premium clients, offering consultative and concierge-style service throughout the transaction.Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.Act as the primary point of contact for critical client negotiations and post-sale engagement.3. Sales Execution & Deal Closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals for luxury residential inventory.Collaborate with developers and channel partners to ensure up-to-date inventory and pricing.Oversee end-to-end transaction management including documentation, agreement coordination, and client onboarding.4. Team & Process Management
Supervise and support junior team members in lead management and client service.Use CRM tools to track sales pipeline, lead status, and conversion metrics.Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders on sales performance and projections.Required Qualifications :
