- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences for each position, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress updates.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
Desired Candidate Profile
5-10 years of experience in construction management or related field (hiring / recruitment).Strong understanding of construction industry trends, regulations, and best practices.Excellent sourcing skills using various methods like job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals etc.
