Role

• Strong background in Talent Acquisition in managing Analytics and Strategy consulting hiring preferably from Fintech company
• Strong people management skills, should have worked in sourcing model
• Ability to work as an individual contributor with the help of sourcing and interview coordinating team
• Extensive experience in building sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, agency usage, etc
• Experience managing high volume recruiting processes
