Senior Technical Consultant - ServiceNow ITOM Platform

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Consultant ServiceNow ITOM who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in ITOM, CMDB, Service Portal development, integrations, and ServiceNow architecture. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, business teams, and clients to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. ServiceNow Development & Customization :

• Design, develop, and implement complex custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop reusable components and configure modules in alignment with business needs.
• Create and maintain Service Portal components, widgets, and UI pages for enhanced user experience.
• Implement ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.) to automate and optimize processes.
