We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Professional to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, closing deals, and contributing to revenue growth.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales lifecycle, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through , inbound inquiries, field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and present products / services that meet their needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and pipeline conversion.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding business needs and delivering value-added solutions.Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to enhance client satisfaction and retention.Target Achievement & Reporting :
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (volume, revenue, profitability).Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports in CRM systems or sales trackers.Share market feedback, competitor activity, and customer preferences with internal teams.Product Knowledge & Promotion :
Develop deep knowledge of company products, solutions, and industry trends.Conduct product demos, presentations, and promotional activities to educate clients.Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and generate leads.Team Collaboration :
Work closely with internal teams including operations, marketing, and support to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.Provide feedback for product / service improvements based on market intelligence.Required Skills & Competencies :
