Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baner, Pune for a Manager in Real Estate Sales.
- The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales processes, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
- Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring all transactions comply with relevant laws and Possession of a Real Estate License.
- Expertise in Real Estate practices and market knowledge.
- Strong Sales skills and ability to close deals.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Knowledge in Real Property regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
- Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
