About You

Basic Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in technical, GTM & BT recruiting for Product & Technology organizations like Workday in India

Other Qualifications :

Experienced at multiple hiring approaches; pool based hiring and bulk hiring for product organizations

Exceptional candidate management, screening and closing skills

Proven experience is sourcing candidates

You have great energy and take a proactive and highly organized approach

You hold yourself and your workmates to a high set of standards.
