Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Manager – Talent Acquisition to independently lead hiring efforts across South East Asia—specifically Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, and Thailand—for the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and Data Center sectors.

This individual contributor role is based in Mumbai and is ideal for someone with strong regional recruiting experience, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and a deep understanding of technical hiring in engineering and infrastructure domains.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-End Recruitment (Individual Contributor Role)

• Independently manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and project-based roles across Southeast Asia, including MEP engineers, design managers, project leads, and data center professionals.
• Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding coordination without direct team support.
