Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Enterprise Sales executive to spearhead business development within the Insurtech vertical . The role involves selling advanced insurance technology solutions to large insurers, intermediaries (brokers, TPAs, corporate agents), and automotive OEMs launching insurance programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders across insurance companies, intermediaries, and new / existing OEMs to drive sales growth.
- Pitch and ideate on new ideas along with upselling opportunities in existing accounts as per Binary ecosystem.
- Target and onboard insurance intermediaries including brokers, TPAs, and corporate agents as strategic partners for our platform.
- Approach automotive OEMs launching or expanding insurance programs and position Binary Semantics as their preferred technology partner.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and solution presentation to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams to tailor demos and proof of concepts addressing client needs.
- Maintain a robust CRM pipeline , deliver accurate sales forecasts, and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry forums, client meetings, and marketing events to build brand presence.
- Also, chance to work on different product verticals such as FleetRobo, GSTrobo, Analytics , etc., and pitch comprehensive solutions to clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills
5+ years enterprise / B2B sales experience , preferably within SaaS, Insurtech, or IT solutions targeting BFSI verticals.Strong knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels, and intermediary ecosystems .Experience engaging senior-level decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Distribution, Digital, etc.).Demonstrated success in consultative / solution selling and closing complex deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Willingness and need to travel to clients for meetings.Preferred
Prior experience working with insurance intermediaries and automotive OEMs or SaaS-based selling .Understanding of insurance digital transformation projects .MBA or relevant technical / business degree .Why Join Us
