Job description

About the Company : A leading player in the premium beauty and lifestyle retail space is looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow brand partnerships across ecommerce and offline platforms.

About the Role : This is a strategic role for someone who thrives in a high-growth, high-visibility environment and is passionate about brand building, performance metrics, and partner collaboration.

Responsibilities :

  • Build and grow premium beauty brands on partner platforms
  • Ensure brand representation aligns with identity and guidelines
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and drive sellout performance
  • Own and drive target achievement across assigned partners
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns in alignment with partner calendars
  • Coordinate JBP (Joint Business Planning) and ensure alignment across functions
  • Act as a bridge between brand, operations, merchandising, and partner teams

Qualifications :

  • MBA (Marketing / Operations) or NIFT
  • Required Skills :

  • Proven experience in retail or ecommerce (beauty / fashion preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical orientation
  • Deep understanding of consumer trends and merchandising best practices
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results
  • Adaptable, strategic, and execution-focused mindset
  • Preferred Skills : This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced team working at the intersection of brand, commerce, and consumer experience.

    Pay range and compensation package : Up to ₹18 LPA
